Bleeding from left ear?

hi everyone two days ago i was watching a movie when i felt something drip on to my arm so i looked down and there was a splotch of blood i went the bathroom and looked in the mirror to see were i was bleeding and i was bleeding from my the inside of my left ear dont know why i havent touched my ear never do what could this be enyone know i have been getting alot of head aches too eny one help me on this
