Haveing problem with disscharge?

ok im 7mounths pregnect and im haveen this brownish chunky stuff every time i wipe i dont no what it could be i went to see my doctor and he did a pap smear and a little after that it started but i went the first time cuz i was haven alot of brown disscharge dayly and he said it was some kind of infection and he gave me mad for that and i tock it all but nun changed i now have brown disscharge and chunky brown stll so eny suggestion
