Why does my 6 month old tilt her head?

hi there my 6 month old daughter keeps tilting her head to the right but have also noticed she rolls her eyes in doing so not sure what it is and was wondering if eny 1 could help also she shakes her head alot like (she is saying no) and also rolling her eyes have noticed it for a couple of days now and am worried to see my doctor incase its summat serious eny suggestions on wat it could be???
