I don't get it, she hates me for no reason ?

ok so I send a messege to my ex girl friend saying how are you, how ur Saturday been... but we been talking alot, I ain't done nothing to her and all of a sudden she says she dosnt wanna talk to me ???? I seriously ain't done anything to her :S I seen her in a while and the last time I saw her... well I had to give sumthing to her but was before my training session :S... And she was happy to see me. but now she hates me :S... I really wanna know y she's angry at me. can sum1 help me out here... well I sent a messege to her and said what have I done to you... so I'm waiting for reply... But eny advise
