I am 6 weeks pregnant iv started bleeding, is this normal?

i was 5 weeks pregnant when i started to bleed, its not a lot its just mainly when i go to the toilet and wipe. i went to the hospital and they thought it was a eptopic but i had a scan and it showed that it wasn't eptopic, and that there was still a pregnancy there, but it was to early to see a heart beat so iv got to go back the 16th for a scan. im 6weeks pregnant now and im still bleeding, it started off as a brown colour, then went red with a few tiny clots now its brown again, im not in eny pain at all thow..i have also lost symptoms of pregnancy. i did have a blood test an that came back fine, my levels were how they should be. i have had a miscarriage in the past and i was in agony and lost loads of blood an very large clots..im just confussed, can someone tell me if the same as happened to them or if its possible to lose symtoms..thanks
