Will FAFSA count my step parents income?

Im gonna be a senior this year and about to start applying to schools, and I need to know if I should even apply to my Ivy choices knowing they dont really give merit scholarships. I have 4 parents: mom, dad, stepmom, stepdad. Altogether, I doubt I will be able to get any need based aid, but if its just my biological parents or just the ones with custody, I could get some help.My dad says he wont pay a dime for my education; he really is just flat out broke because my stepmom got laid off and he barely makes any money with his own job, but my mom doesnt have enough to cover full tuition for 4 years at an Ivy. Nobody does, thats insane! So please help me, I need to know before I start wasting money on application fees to places I wont be able to afford. Thanks!
