6weeks pregnant and bleeding but no pain?

im am currentley 6weeks pregnant, last week when i was 5weeks gone i started bleeding, i went up the hospital and they kept me in as they thought it coud be a eptopic pregnancy. i had a ultrasound scan the next day, and its not a eptopic which is good. but because of only being 5weeks, they couldnt realy tell me much as it was to early for a heart beat. im now 6 and half weeks pregnant and the bledding stopped yesterday, so i was bleeding for a week, it wasnt loads, it was mainly when i went to the toilet and wiped, but at times there was quite a bit. but it started as a browny colour, then it went red for a few days then back brown an now its stopped. since it started iv not realy had eny major pain. im just so confussed as i had a miscarriage bout 2years ago and i had loads of blood then and clots, but its nothing like this now. i have also lost my pregnancy symptoms, but iv not lost eny clots or large amounts of blood. iv not got my scan till monday, can someone help with advice or if they have suffered the same as i am very confussed at whats happening. thanks
