Is this healthy for me to start doing?

Im 19 5'1 and Today I ate 4 small strawberries, 6 rasberries, 1 slice of ezekiel bread toasted,lunch: 1peanut butter fudge, 1 vegan peanut butter rice crispy treat Total for the day 755 calories then I went on the treadmill for 60 minutes starting for 6 to 8 minutes at 7.2 and 4.2 for 2 minutes, no incline, heart rate 163 resting heart rate 64, Distance 5.81 miles, 666 calories burned in total 4 hours ago I did an 8 minute abs workout, My problem is that I don't know How many pounds I might loose if i keep this up cause the last time I weighed in I was at 126 or if the number of calories i burned today will be of eny help in me reaching my goal weight of 125
